To improve the ease and convenience of ordering online with ProForma T.M.G., we’ve invested tremendous resources in automating our processes and infrastructure.
Once you’ve placed an order from the comfort of your office, our staff will double-check product availability while our automated systems detect and auto-correct most common artwork file errors. Your project is then scheduled for production, delivery times are confirmed and should our staff have any recommendations that may improve your satisfaction, they will contact you shortly.
In order to prevent false, incorrect or orders made in error, we ask that our customers fill out an Order Acknowledgement form indicating your approval of all order details including your shipping charges and form of payment (your credit card or payment terms). As much as this form is to protect us, it is also for your peace of mind. The Order Acknowledgement is typically emailed or faxed with your digital proof and we ask that you please return it within 24 hours so as not to effect your shipment date.
