Our automated systems often calculate all of your shipping costs for you. You’ll see this information listed on your Checkout page before you commit to payment.

Shipping and handling charges can vary and are based on:

  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Your shipping preferences

After reviewing your order and choosing your shipping options, you can submit your order for quick payment and processing.

Many oversized packages or those requiring special shipping will have a flat shipping fee, which will be indicated before you Checkout.

The majority of our items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or Purolator and Canada Post.

Missing an item?

We ask that you please check the packing slip that was included with your shipment before calling. In order to fill your order more quickly or because all items may not have been in stock at the time of ordering, your order may have been split into multiple shipments. This will be indicated on the packing slip. In cases where split shipping is required, you will never be charge more than you originally authorized. Product availability concerns are always addressed within 24 hours from placement of order.

Returning an item?

Refunds are available within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. Please include your packing slip and ship all returns to:

In order to receive credit for returned items, they must be in new condition. Any damage caused by shipping should be noted on the packing slip and shipping damage issues are to be addressed by the delivery company. Shipping & handling for the return of the item, plus delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of $50.00 may apply if merchandise has been unpacked.
