As such, upon receipt of your Order Acknowledgement, you order(s) are often immediately placed into production. However, sometimes business happens too quickly - even for the most meticulous - and orders need to be cancelled or changed. That is why, for a nominal $50.00 administration fee, you can cancel or change any order within one hour of your returned Order Acknowledgement form. Or for free anytime before you return the Order Acknowledgement form.
To change or cancel your order please contact our customer care team immediately. Have your order number ready and either e-mail or call us at 1-866-691-9064 We check our e-mail every 15 minutes and are available to discuss your order over the telephone at all times, from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
