Create a New Document

To open a new file, please select File > New from the drop down menu. Set your document size to your trim size (to learn more about trim size, please review our Design Requirements). Choose CMYK as the color mode.

Design Your Artwork

Please design your artwork using our Design Requirements regarding bleeds and colors.

Outline All Fonts

Please ensure that you have outlined all fonts before uploading your file to us. This is done to ensure the integrity of your design. Without this step, if our systems do not have the font you used in your artwork, your unique font may be replaced automatically.

To outline all fonts, please select ALL of the objects in your document by choosing "Select All" from the "Select" Menu. Next, Select Type > Create Outlines. Finally, ensure that you save your file under a different file name to ensure that you can still edit your text. Once you have outlined your text and saved, the text in that file can no longer be edited.

Save as EPS

Select File > Save As and then select "Illustrator EPS" as your file format. Choose to save the file in a location that you will remember, click save and you’re finished.

Uploading Your File

To limit your bandwidth usage and to keep all project files together, we ask that you please "zip" all your files together before uploading.

If you do not already have a Zip utility, you can download WinZip by clicking here.
