Creating a PDF File
Whether you are using Adobe Acrobat Professional (which allows you to create a PDF from ANY application that supports printing provided you choose “Adobe PDF” as your printer) or another program with a built-in PDF converter, a set of similar options will be available. The instructions included on this page assume you are using Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Design Your Artwork
Please design your artwork using our Design Requirements regarding bleeds and colors.
Adobe PDF Settings
Please open File > Print Set-Up, select Adobe PDF as your printer, choose Properties and then, ensure your settings match the screenshots below.
Viewing Your File & Uploading
As results can vary based on the application that created the PDF, please be sure to open your file(s) in Adobe Acrobat for viewing. To obtain Adobe Acrobat Reader, please click here.
To limit your bandwidth usage and to keep all project files together, we ask that you please "zip" all your files together before uploading.
