Proforma Ranked # 1 Top Distributor by the PSDA’s Print Solutions Magazine for a Second Year

Cleveland, OH – July 1, 2008 – Proforma is pleased to announce that it has been ranked by the Print Services & Distribution Association (PSDA) as the Largest Print Distributor in North America for the second consecutive year. The rankings were compiled by the PSDA’s Print Solutions Magazine. Factors considered in the decision included high fiscal sales, high sales per employee figures and sales growth.

Proforma Ranked #3 Top Distributor in Counselor® Top 40 Distributor™ List

Cleveland, Ohio – June 25, 2008 – Proforma has been ranked as the #3 Top Distributor in the industry in Counselor magazine’s 2008 Top 40 Distributors. The annual list is compiled by Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI), the largest media organization in the $17.8 billion promotional products industry. The list is compiled from the results of Counselor magazine’s “State of the Industry” survey and ranks the largest promotional products distributor firms based on 2007 gross revenue.

Proforma Ranked #3 in Promo Marketing’s Annual Top 50 Distributors Survey

Cleveland, OH – June 6, 2008 – Proforma, a leading North American provider of graphic communications and business solutions, has been ranked third in a list of Top 50 Distributors in the Promotional Products Industry by Promo Marketing magazine. The annual listing was based on promotional product sales. Proforma was ranked third with $310 million in total annual revenue, $240 million in promotional products sales, 650 offices and over 100 employees in the Worldwide Support Center.
